Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) suitable for those looking for maximum work-out effectiveness in minimal time and is based on working intervals of high intensity separated by shorter intervals of low-moderate intensity activity

CHASE Results run two different length classes. Shorter classes will favour those who are time poor and want to reach maximum intensity in the time available combining high and moderate intensity intervals.  Longer classes will provide high and low intensity intervals and will be more suited to the beginners.  Common to both sessions will be an appropriate warm-up and cool-down, while beginner, intermediate and advanced options will be offered for all exercise movements.
