Animal is CHASE Result’s awesome high intensity body weight resistance training class which is not only beneficial to your all round fitness but also a lot of fun
Starting with a dynamic warm-up this group fitness class brings together many presses, explosive movements, holds and even the odd animal movement so you can not only train like an animal but walk like one too!
The aim of this class is to keep moving for the entire duration as recovery periods are minimal and working periods are long and intense
But don’t worry, the final 5 minutes of each session is for stretching out any sore muscles as you embrace the feel good factor of having pushed yourself to your limit
Make sure you have hydrated well throughout the day for evening classes or throughout the previous day for morning classes as you don’t want too much fluid sloshing around inside you during the class. Eating within 2 hours of class beginning is not recommended!
